


During my time at Influence Technologies, Starbucks was a key client, particularly for their "College Achievement Plan" with Arizona State University (ASU). This initiative offered eligible Starbucks employees free college education. Over five years, I worked on numerous employee-focused campaigns, creating printed and digital materials.

These mobile designs, created early in our partnership, aimed to guide employees to Arizona State's website and introduce them to the college achievement plan while managing expectations. We customized based on gender information available from their Starbucks email, enabling a more personalized experience.

Here's some spec work we did for Starbucks, focusing on an internal rewards program. Starbucks sought a fresh approach to familiarize employees with key benefits and potential opportunities, as highlighted in the final slide promoting the Starbucks College Achievement Plan.
During my tenure at Influence, I crafted several emails promoting the Starbucks College Achievement Plan. One unique example was a personalized quiz linking the college journey with the customization of a coffee drink.

PRINT WORK
Having multiple touchpoints was key to these campaigns' success. By reaching out through different channels, we made sure to connect with a wider audience. Plus, providing print materials added another layer to our outreach, appealing to different preferences. This approach helped us grab attention, engage effectively, and achieve great results!

Much of my time at Starbucks was dedicated to video creation. Sometimes, with limited stock footage and tight deadlines, I crafted compelling narratives by editing available clips.
